JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a dental provider, you will be integrated amongst the community and highly involved in your patient's success and progress
Responsible for providing dental services: Diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be comfortable providing care to a patient panel within the full lifespan, child to adult
The ideal candidate has ties or familiarity with the NY area and can provide reasonable transportation to the Long Island area, however, we will consider all viable candidates
