Hours:

Full-time: Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM | Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours) | Part-time: Minimum of 2 days per week, 20 hours per week with benefits.

Additional Info:
The Dentist provides information regarding budgets, administrative rules and regulations as they pertain to dental services, improvement in the delivery of dental care or education which may be deemed appropriate and any additional information which may assist the administration with the efficient and effective management of the Dental component of the Five Rivers Heath Centers.
Will Provide Dental Resident Clinical Training.

Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited dental school and completion of an accredited general practice residency program is required
Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Ohio and maintaining a current active Conscious Sedation Permit are required
Completion of IV Sedation Training is preferred
Knowledge of community dental health needs and modern practices of public dental health programs and/or willing to learn public health issues preferred
3-5 years of clinical practice experience preferred
