$225,000 - $300,000 based on experience
Additional incentives based on patient volume
$1,000 stipend per month, for every two providers they oversee
Relocation reimbursement up to $9,000

DETAILS:
Join our brand new facility starting Q2 of 2026!
Responsible for both clinical care and leadership within our dental department
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Prior experience working with Medi-Cal patients
Passion for serving underserved and rural communities
3 consecutive days per rotation (12-hour shifts), currently with plans to
7 days off every other week based on rotations
