DETAILS:
Responsible for assessing and obtaining clinical evidence of patient's level of periodontal health, including all relevant and required chart documentation
Responsible for exposure and development of appropriate diagnostic radiographs
Provides appropriate treatment of existing oral disease as diagnosed by the dentist

QUALIFICATIONS:
WA License REQUIRED
Experience in community health PREFERRED
