The Behavioral Health Counselor provides outpatient therapeutic counseling to individuals, families, and groups as part of a multidisciplinary care team, focusing on general mental health.

Maintain an active case load of 40-60 patients

Qualifications:
Master's in Clinical Social Work, Counseling, or related field,
Active AZBBHE licensure (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT); independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
3 years of specialized experience in mental health and/or substance abuse, preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Fluency evaluation is required.
