The Substance Use Counselor is part of a multidisciplinary team addressing substance use, HIV, and STIs through harm reduction. Provides direct counseling services for substance use and mental health to individuals, families, and groups. Requires active AZBBHE licensure (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, or LAAC); independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LIAC) preferred. Strongly prefers 3 years’ experience in substance abuse with diverse and underserved populations. Bilingual Spanish preferred; fluency evaluation preferred.
