We're hiring for two roles to supervise clinicians and case managers across Adult and Child/Family programs, while managing a smaller caseload of complex cases. Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, meeting productivity standards, maintaining documentation, and supporting program operations. Supervisors guide assigned staff through structured learning plans, provide regular feedback and evaluations, and complete supervision logs.

Master's in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related human services field required. Must have 45 years' experience in community mental health with knowledge of fidelity programs. Clinical Supervision Certification and QMHP (via MHACBO) required and must be maintained. Oregon Driver's License required within 30 days.
