Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience level and licensing, with a range of $69k$104k.
$25,000 annual bonus earning potential based on quality and productivity performance
Potential group incentive bonus based on FHH productivity, paid to our providers for the past 4 years!
$50,000 provided through the NHSC for student loan repayment

Seeking LCSWC or LCPC therapists who are experienced in providing care to both adults and children within an integrated care model amongst primary care.

Therapists are allowed to work an incredible schedule, including admin time from home and participating in telehealth sessions in office.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Independently assess, evaluate, treat, educate, and monitor individuals who are experiencing emotional and/or mental disorders.
The person shall perform job duties that are consistent with a model that integrates primary mental health care with primary medical care.
This candidate must be goal-driven, highly motivated, detail-oriented, creative in the delivery of services, and devoted to providing excellent patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed in MD state
Willing to work with a child population
-Understand the nuances and patient panel of an FQHC and the community we serve
