DETAILS:
Conducts Intake Assessment for the child and family according to departmental procedures, funding source requirements, and evidence/strength-based model approaches
Develops an Individualized Treatment Plan according to the policies of the department

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling REQUIRED
WA License REQUIRED
2 years experience working in a community health center or Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Care PREFERRED
Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED
