· LCSW, LMSW or LMHC is licensed by the State of New York
· At least one year's experience in a community based health care facility from a bio-psycho-social perspective.
· Experience working with underserved populations including those living with HIV/AIDS, MSM, LGBTQ, as well as formerly incarcerated.
· Computer literacy.
· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
· Ability and willingness to work on a team.
· Commitment to community health care.
· Pleasing, friendly, and energetic personality
