POSITION SUMMARY:
Direct multidisciplinary clinical, case management, peer, nursing and vocational staff engaged in the
care coordination and the delivery of intensive community based services to an adult population living
with severe and persistent mental illness or Co Occurring Disorders. This position requires the
manager to carry a reduced caseload and provide services to clients both in the office and the
community. The average team size is 200 clients and 12 staff per BHDDH regulations.
Community-based treatment and rehabilitation
REQUIRED:
Master's degree in counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related social services field.
Licensed at
the independent practice level as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Health (LICSW, LMHC) or a Registered Nurse with SPMI experience.
Experience working with clients with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness as well as Co-occurring
Disorders and MAT.
Knowledge of BHDDH Regulations
