Needed:
Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or clinical social work.
Currently have behavioral health licenses in Substance Use Disorder Treatment as well as Mental Health Treatment in the State of Colorado (such as, but not limited to: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and LAC, PsyD or PhD).
Must be dually licensed in Substance Use and Mental Health Treatment and qualified to supervise staff seeking licensure in substance use and mental health.
Leadership/Supervision Responsibilities (30-50%)
Assist Chief Behavioral Health Officer with workflow design, creation of clinical guidelines and training of clinic staff
Monitor and support BHPs in developing strategies for maintaining high utilization and providing population-based care in the clinic setting.
Clinically and administratively supervise, coach and mentor BHPs.
Organize and implement the onboarding process for new BHPs
Outpatient Clinician Responsibilities (50-70%)
