DETAILS:
Current practice consists of four physicians, two advanced practice providers, and multiple RNs and MAs
Split schedule between our Chesteron and Michigan City clinics
Travel to outreach locations <30 minutes from the main campus
Advanced Practice Provider support in the Stress Lab at the hospital
Opportunity to build a large, busy practice quickly
