JOB DESCRIPTION:
The ideal candidate is seeking a part-time position but is will integrate with both the staff and community, immersing themselves amongst our diverse patient population.
They must have the ability to work independently and autonomously without additional supervision or oversight.
Responsibilities include medication management for an established patient panel, infirmed with chronic illness
Some joint injections may be required, however, they are minimal. Nerve root ablations, facet joint injections, etc. are not the need for the patient panel here.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Comfortable with EMR system: E-clinical works
Lives/ability to comfortably commute to our health center location
Willing to work 2-3 day week schedule
NY state-licensed
BE/BC
