Job Description

  • Hours: 3 days per week with travel to any LA & OC clinics

  • Additional Information:
    - Assumes the responsibility for the application of nursing and clinical processes and delivery of quality patient care at AltaMed clinics under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, Nursing Director, or CNE and has accountability for the nursing process and the delivery of efficient patient care.
    - Responsible to float to whatever site requires RN support on an as-needed basis.
    - Supports patient evaluation, and carries out related nursing interventions, supports nursing patient evaluation, efficient system applications and recording of patient care/behavior.
    - Works collaboratively with clinic interdisciplinary team members, medical staff, clinical operations, and with the Administrative/Operational Leadership teams

    Qualifications:
    - Demonstrates clinical competency and technical skills for care delivery to general and/or specialty patient populations.
    - Ability to build and maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal and external customers.
