Compensation:
- $71 to 78/hr, depending on experience
- Up to $18,000 annual enterprise incentive bonus

Additional Information: Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in urgent care or telemedicine seeing all ages and will likely need to attend clinic 1 day a week. Experience with the management of acute and chronic medical cases and a firm understanding of the foundations of primary care. Licensure in the State of California. Previous experience with computer-based systems is required. Electronic Medical records experience preferred.
Provider shifts can vary from Sunday -Saturday (includes weekends and holidays) based on operational needs.
