One of the ways we achieve physician job satisfaction is we are keeping the number of patients per hour down to 2.5 per hour (avg) maximum. Most of our providers do not see more than 2 patients per hour.

We can also schedule the shifts in harmony with your family's rhythm as long as we can keep your schedule consistent week-to-week.

When you are done - you are done! We recognize the degrading effects of burnout on the doctors and the quality of care they provide. We make every effort to help our doctors stay homework-free: no charting after hours, no answering clinical messages on weekends.
