Compensation: - The salary for this position is negotiated between the individual and the Chief Executive Officer using the approved salary scale of the organization as a basis.

Additional Information: As a part of our family, you will work full-time in our Oscoda location with a base starting wage dependent on education and experience. Our clinics use an integrated behavioral health approach.
Required:
- Two years of experience and a background in chronic disease management preferred, however all interested are encouraged to apply.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine. (BE applicants must become BC)
- The physician will supervise 3-4 APPs.
- DEA and suboxone certification or willingness to obtain a huge plus but not required.
