We are an adult-only, acute inpatient medical-psychiatric facility. The disease spectrum ranges from Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Schizophrenia/Psychotic Disorders, Eating disorders, and various forms of Dementia. We also cater to a vulnerable population inflicted with traumatic brain injury and intellectual disabilities.
Additionally, our group of dedicated medical providers work in conjunction with the team to help optimize the on-average 3-4 medical comorbidities (Diabetes, Hypertension, Seizures, Strokes, Chronic Lung Disease, Etc) which are often uncontrolled and difficult to manage due to exacerbation of their psychiatric/psychological illness leading to non-compliance. This unfortunate series of events lead to a cyclical worsening of the patient’s mind-body-and soul, and ultimately, a severe decrease in the quality of life for both the patient and their loved ones.
