Additional Information: Job Description:
-The provider will have clinical expertise in working with patients with acute and chronic illnesses or acute injuries commonly encountered in the adult patient population.
-Teach patients and families community health promotion and illness prevention
strategies
-Prescribe appropriate treatments
-Supports Mission, Vision, and Values of Agape Family Health and understands the outpatient setting of an FQHC

Qualifications:
-MSN
-1 year clinical experience preferred
-American Heart Association BLS certified
