Job Description

  • Hours: Flexible Schedule | 6, 10, and 12 Hour Shifts Available ( 24 hours a week minimum for Part-time)
  • Employed

  • Compensation: - Earning Potential up to $350K, plus Bonus Opportunities

    - The schedule is published in 4-month blocks, 3 times per year. Time off requests are submitted in advance. Shift trades can be made after the schedule is published, if needed.
  • Additional Information: Seeking physicians passionate about building an Urgent Care Career. This role is ideal for those dedicated to practicing in Urgent Care as their primary focus-this is not a trial position or a backup to another specialty.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:
    - At least 1 year of experience in Urgent Care or a related setting (preferred)
    - Demonstrates proactive efforts to address and close any skills gaps through self-study, training, or professional development
    - Provides clear explanations for any employment gaps or, for new graduates, any extended time between graduation and certification/licensure

    Qualifications:
    - Currently BC with MA license
    - DEA, MCSR in MA, ACLS/PALS Certification
    - Comfortable seeing patients 6 months+ and making 30-40 patient notes/day
    - Willing to work every other weekend (Sat/Sun)
