Additional Information:
Primary Responsibilities are to assist in patient care including
- Escort patient to room
- Take vital signs
- Document patient data
- Assist provider
- Discharge patients from their room with instructions
- Clean room
Additional Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure patient flow is speedy and organized
- Inventory supplies, replenish supplies when received
- Assist in maintaining equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of the patient waiting area and front office area
- Greet and register patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a medical office setting
- MA Diploma required
- Team player who is equally comfortable working independently
- Warm, friendly attitude with excellent patient interaction skills
- Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possess excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
