Compensation: Hourly rate between $65 and $75, depending on experience
Additional Information: The Psychotherapist will provide patient-centered, team-based care within the PCMH model, coordinating with medical staff to address clinical, social, and behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include conducting intake evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role emphasizes warm handoffs, continuity of care, and collaboration with families, caregivers, and community partners. The Psychotherapist also supports quality improvement initiatives, facilitates referrals, advocates for patients, and participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Qualifications:
- New York State License in Psychology or New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Preferably 1 year experience supporting children and adults with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
- Familiarly with EHR preferred.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
