  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am -7:30pm | Friday 8:30am -6pm | CLOSED Sat. and Sun.

  • Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and is also determined to be alignment with the National Association of Community Health Centers. Annual compensation up to $250,000 annually

  • Additional Information: JOB DESCRIPTION:
    -Provide face-to-face care, Focused care on general psychiatry and medication management with particular focus on individuals with ASD/IDD across the lifespan with a focus on children/adolescents
    -Integrated support is available through our primary care team as well as caregiver and guardian support systems, to collaborate and ensure proper care is being administered
    -Focusing on patient and quality assurance
    -Teaching & preceptorship opportunities available

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Demonstrated training and comfort in providing care to a child & adolescent patient panel
    -Experience with IDD and the autistic community is preferred and will provide greater support in this role
    -Understanding of the community being served
    -The ideal candidate has ties or familiarity with NY and can provide reasonable transportation to the Long Island area, however, we will consider all viable candidates
