-Responsible for providing leadership and support to our dental staff
-Establish work schedules and assigns dental staff members to maximize efficient use of staff
-Develops quality assurance plans and participates in health care committees as necessary
-40 hour work-week! No additional workload beyond 9-5 clinic hours of operation!
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Role will be primarily clinical, with 15% of job duties being administrative. Candidates must be comfortable providing care to a patient panel within the full lifespan, child to adult
-Must have experience in a leadership role, providing training, oversight, and administration of a dental staff
