ACHC serves residents and visitors of a large rural geographic area including communities in Washington, Adams and Valley Counties. Since healthcare facilities are few and far between, ACHC offers an array of services to meet our patient's healthcare needs including medical, behavioral health, dental, optometry, and pharmacy services.
