Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Compensation:
- Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000
- Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience required
- VA license
- Family or Internal Medicine trained
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Spanish/English Bilingual preferred
