Job Description

    - $194k to $252k

    Be part of establishing a new practice of 5 Providers from the ground up, bringing high-
    quality, patient-centered primary care to a growing rural community.
    - Collaborative Environment: Work with interdisciplinary teams, including Advanced Practice Clinicians
    (APCs), CMAs, and LPNs, to deliver top-tier healthcare services.

    Your Role:
    - Help establish and grow a brand-new Family Medicine practice in Culpeper, Virginia.
    - Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventative services, chronic disease management
    - Foster strong patient relationships while promoting wellness and a positive healthcare experience.
    - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet the diverse needs of the Culpeper community.

    Qualifications:
    - MD/ DO or Equivalent
    - Board Certified
    - 3 years of experience
    - Commitment to providing high-quality and patient-centered care.
