  DETAILS:
  - Assesses patient status by obtaining health history through patient/family interviews and chart reviews
  - Orders/performs appropriate laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests
  - Develops and implements a treatment plan by prescribing/dispensing medications and/or injections
  - Two Full-Time Highly Trained Clinical Support Staff plus case managers to assist you in your practice
  - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) candidates encouraged to apply
  - Our patient population is primarily medicare advantage
  - Experience as a mid-level provider in a clinic setting required
