DETAILS:
- Provide intensive individual psychotherapy with adult and adolescent patients, ages 16 and older
- Participate in the intake process and the evaluation of problems presented in the making of treatment plans
- Prepares psychosocial assessments with particular emphasis upon psychosocial factors affecting the patient's ability to appropriately utilize medical care
- Participate directly in individual therapy as well as limited group therapy for adolescents and adults

QUALIFICATIONS:
- CA license REQUIRED
- Experience in Community Health PREFERRED
