ACHS is a team oriented, financially secure, Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) with a focus on outcome and community focused care by a broad team of collegial practitioners. ACHS is located in a very attractive vacation destination in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, with extensive four season outdoor recreation opportunities.

• Balanced focus on quality & volume = more time with patients: average 20+ min visits.
• Strong, clinically knowledgable IT support with >20 years of EHR experience.
• Integrated clinical pharmacy, dental, behavioral health and patient navigator support, nutrition, para-legal.
• Emphasis on self care for patients and staff: provider driven autonomy in practice.
• Ecletic patient mix.
• Compensation is between 75%-90% of MGMA, NACHC, and Medscape scale.
