Compensation: Earn $166,700 - $208,400 annually, plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus that includes relocation assistance.
The bonus carries a two-year service commitment, with repayment required for early departure. Payments have typically been split between agreement signing and your first payroll.

Duties:
• Provide comprehensive care and treatment plans- fillings, crowns/bridges, extractions, most root canals, dentures/partials, preventive care
• Coordinate care, follow infection-control and prescribing protocols
• Mentor dental and hygiene students
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• ADA-accredited dental program grad
• Valid WA license, DEA and BLS certifications
• 2+ yrs of experience
• Ability to obtain payer credentialing, including Medicaid
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
