Hours: Flexible schedule options: Work either 4 days a week for 10-hour shifts or 5 days a week for 8-hour shifts

- You'll be part of a collaborative, team-based care model
- Provide healthcare and health management for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat or appropriately refer to health problems for the patient population
- Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner support staff to provide holistic, patient-centered care
- 4 or 5-day work weeks available to fit your ideal workweek
