    - Base salary $180,000 - $225,000/yr
    - Up to 10% salary increase for Spanish Bilingual
    - Annual bonuses up to $20,000

  • Additional Information:
    Seeking a dedicated primary care leader to transform care at our clinic sites. The Medical Director will oversee family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, wellness, women's health, and complex care. Responsibilities include ensuring providers meet patient care, productivity, and quality goals, and collaborating with nursing and practice management for efficient operations. Leading our team with a focus on community health is essential.

    Qualifications:
    - 3 years of previous supervisory experience
    - BE/BC in Family or Adult Medicine, and/or Pediatrics
    - Must apply for and be granted privileges at affiliated hospital(s).
    - Prior experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
    - Strong ability to coach and mentor providers and resolve daily issues and conflicts that may arise to mitigate any negative impact on practice culture and access to patient care.
