Job Description

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm; Friday 8 am - 2 pm

Average patients seen: 22 patients scheduled; average of 15-18 seen per day
Call Schedule: Primary call 2 months/yr; Secondary call 2 months/yr

Compensation: Negotiable

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing highly specialized medical patient care, diagnosis, and treatment to the geriatric population of patients.
- You will promote a healthy and active lifestyle and pair patients with resources and treatment plans to attain and maintain well-being and independent living.

Qualifications:
- Board certified or Board eligible in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with a specialization in geriatrics or comfortably manage a geriatric population
- LA license
- Federal and state DEA Certificates
