Job Description

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Employed

Average patients seen: 12-18
Compensation: $275,000-$350,000 Based on experience and qualifications
Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k, 1 week CME, 2 weeks vacation, sick time, holiday pay
Additional Information:
- Physician is working with the underserved with primary emphasis on medication management, working in conjunction with the Behavioral Health Team composed of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Patient population is largely severely and persistently mentally ill.
