Additional Information: - Deliver primary and preventive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
- Ability to prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices
- The role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the medical, social, and emotional needs of patients
- Engage in health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities to improve overall community health outcomes
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted RN and NP License in the state of California
- Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association
- Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as an NP in a clinical setting
