Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Compensation:
- Base salary plus bonuses with earning potential up to $300,000
- Provider incentive bonus is performance based not RBU or fee for service

Additional Information: We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time. - You will work fully onsite in Indianapolis, IN 46254.
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience required
- FM, IM or Geriatric trained
- Experience working with senior populations or in Value-Based Care settings.
