Job Description

Hours: 4 day work week | Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Call Schedule: After hours call for own patient base for emergencies only
Loan Repayment
Compensation: Starting salary $230,000 plus productivity incentive paid quarterly
Benefits:

- May also be responsible for supervising mid-level practitioners in accordance with all applicable state and federal guidelines.
