Job Description

Hours: 4 day work week | Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Average patients seen: 20
Call Schedule: After hours call for own patient base for emergencies only
Loan Repayment
Compensation: Starting salary $230,000 plus productivity incentive paid quarterly

Additional Information:
- Responsible for direct patient care, including routine, emergency, and follow-up visits.
- Will direct his/her assigned nurse as needed to provide quality patient care
- May also be responsible for supervising mid-level practitioners in accordance with all applicable state and federal guidelines.
