Job Description

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. | This role will ideally be working 3 days in the clinic seeing patients, and then 2 days working on administrative and leadership duties. How that is worked during a normal 40-hour work week can be adjusted.

  • Average patients seen: 18 to 20 patients daily
  • Call Schedule: On call is required on a rotating basis

  • Compensation: - Salary Ranges: $190,000 to $250,000

  • Additional Information: Provides professional dental services to complement the delivery of primary health care services at GraceMed Health Clinic.

    Provides clinical leadership and supervision of dental providers, dental staff, and dental support staff.

    Qualifications:
    - Graduation from an accredited school of dentistry.
    - Licensure as a dentist in the State of Kansas.
    - Licensure to prescribe medication in the State of Kansas.
    - Minimum of 5 years of leadership in a dental setting.
    - FQHC experience is preferred but not required.
    - CPR Certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
    - Maintains appropriate licensure and certification, including meeting and/or exceeding CME requirements.
    - Previous dental office experience.
    - Previous computer experience or training.
    FQHC or public healthcare setting experience preferred.
