Compensation:
- Base salary $255,000 - $298,500 per year
- Provider incentive bonus is performance-based, not RBU or fee-for-service

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Value-based care or high-acuity geriatric experience preferred
