Compensation: - $225,000 - $300,000 based on experience
- Additional incentives based on patient volume
- $1,000 stipend per month, for every two providers they oversee
- Relocation reimbursement up to $9,000

- Responsible for both clinical care and leadership within our dental department
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Prior experience working with Medi-Cal patients
- Passion for serving underserved and rural communities
- Enjoy 12-hour shifts with 7 consecutive days off every other week, allowing for flexibility and an extended personal time.
- 3 consecutive days per rotation (12-hour shifts)
