Compensation: 1099 with base salary up to $300,000
RVU Incentives based on wRVU of 5,200 at $50
Benefits: 4 weeks of PTO
1 week of CME with $3000 expenses covered
Sign on bonus and relocation reimbursement available
Eligible for loan forgiveness through NHSC
Additional Information: Join our friendly, family oriented practice and work alongside a team with longevity and tenure where you'll be well supported. Providers will see walk in and scheduled patients, covering 2-3 exam rooms.

Requirements:
- BE or BC in Family Medicine
- Eligible for or have an active CA license
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
- 3 year agreement working under a PSA
