Job Description

Hours: 40 hour work week with some on call by phone in the evenings and weekends

Average patients seen: 10ppd
Call Schedule: Phone Only Call: Evenings and Weekends. Call is triaged by an answering service and NP/PAs in certain locations

Compensation: - Salary starting at $250,000 based on experience-BC/BE
- Quarterly bonuses

Additional Information: Access Health Care Physicians is a physician-led organization that provides healthcare services to our 200 locations throughout Florida. Our CEO and Chief Medical Officer have a physician background, so our employment model truly caters to medical providers and patients alike.

DETAILS:
-Every new employee will undergo a 3-week minimum training program to properly acclimate them to the Access Health Care practice model. Additional training provided as needed
-All sites are supported by an office and MA team, along with an Operations Management team to assist with administrative duties and metric evaluation
- EMR: eClinicalWorks and Caretracker
-The idea candidate must be coachable and open to training in order to be successful within our organization.

-Min. 1 year experience
-BE/BC
- FL License REQUIRED
